Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE TICKET PURCHASE AND CONTAIN A BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER PROVISION BY WHICH YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO THE TICKET OR THE SPECIFIED GAME OR EVENT FOR WHICH IT IS ISSUED.

By purchasing a ticket I agree and I acknowledge that the purpose of these accepted TERMS & CONDITIONS is to exempt Bluegrass Spring (BGS), and/or its owners, members, relatives, and to release its agents, employees, staff, and associated equipment and fixtures from any and all liabilities arising from their actions or omissions, including but not limited to negligence. I understand that my participation is at my own risk, and I recognize that this is a privately owned rock quarry, not a public park. I will remain aware of my surroundings. Should I choose to engage in activities while on the premises, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will adhere to all rules and respect the property, acknowledging that failure to do so may result in my removal from the site.

I acknowledge that BGS maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs. I affirm that I am not currently under the influence of, nor have I recently consumed, any substances, whether illegal or legal (such as Kratom or marijuana), alcohol, or medications that may impair my abilities. Furthermore, I confirm that I am not experiencing any hangover. Should any suspicion of intoxication arise, it may necessitate the departure of myself and all individuals in the vehicle without the possibility of a refund.

I acknowledge that BGS reserves the right to conduct searches of my bags, containers, and other personal belongings at any time while on the premises.

I acknowledge that I am in a deep open pit rock quarry. I recognize that quarries may present various hazards, including unsafe footing, falling rocks, steep cliffs, unstable walls, as well as the presence of deep water and sharp, slick rocks. I am fully aware of all potential dangers. I will

refrain from climbing any rock wall, whether above or below the waterline. I will utilize the designated red ladders or beach areas when exiting the water.

I acknowledge that BGS does not have medical facilities or personnel trained in medical care. In the event of illness or injury, it is imperative to summon appropriate medical assistance, and treatment will be delayed until medical emergency responders arrive on the scene and I can

be transported to a medical facility. I will be solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I acknowledge the necessity of having a flotation device in my possession while in the water. I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty, and that I bear sole responsibility for my personal safety at all times. Should I be unable to swim, I will refrain from approaching

the edges and will remain out of the water, or I will consent to wearing a U.S. Coast Guard-approved wearable device.

I accept full responsibility for all personal belongings. Kindly ensure that vehicles are always secured by locking the doors. Please park only in designated areas. The BGS organization shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I acknowledge that during my time at BGS, I may be recorded or photographed. I hereby grant permission for FRP to utilize such recordings and images for marketing and social media purposes. I understand that FRP cannot regulate the use of other photographs or videos

taken in different contexts. Furthermore, the use of drones by customers is prohibited.

No pets are permitted, including emotional support animals. However, service animals that are specifically trained to assist individuals with disabilities are allowed.

BGS reserves the right to deny service or entry to any individual. Additionally, FRP retains the right to modify admission prices and/or the days and hours of operation at any time.

I acknowledge and agree that there shall be no refunds for any reason, but tickets are transferable to a different day.

I hereby affirm that I have read and comprehended the aforementioned TERMS & CONDITIONS in their entirety and agree with the terms and conditions outlined herein on behalf of myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives.
